Daniel Highsmith
OWNER
Daniel has 19 years’ experience as a leader in the construction industry. His experience includes operations, program management, construction safety coordination, and company operations. He is a subject matter expert in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety related regulations across the United States. Daniel is a graduate of University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Safety. -
Ryan Scamehorn
OWNER
Ryan attended Southeastern School of Design at Arizona State University and Oklahoma State University. After a brief apprenticeship at an architectural firm in Norman, Oklahoma, Ryan founded Creative Home Designs in Oklahoma City in 2001. In the ensuing years he’s overseen thousands of projects including single-family homes, apartment complexes, office park developments, and various commercial projects. Under his leadership CHD has won over 20 awards for design excellence.
Ryan has extensive experience with both modern design and development within historical neighborhoods. He’s traveled widely in both the United States and Europe, and it’s a point of pride for him to bring new and innovative design ideas to Oklahoma.
Ryan currently resides in Edmond with his wife and three children, where he’s active in his church and a genuine friend to many.

Nathan Lofties
DESIGNER
Born in Oklahoma City, Nathan was largely raised in Omaha, Nebraska where he was educated in CAD Drafting and engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, from his first job out of high school for a high-end residential construction company, to his work as a fire sprinkler system designer for various commercial and industrial projects. He has been working in residential design and development since 2012.
Fluent in several design programs and 3D modeling, Nathan has designed hundreds of homes in the Oklahoma City metro and beyond. He has a passion for studying historical architecture with a desire to marry classic forms to modern living needs.
Nathan currently resides in Norman, OK with his wife and young son, where he enjoys rock climbing, making music with friends, and taking long walks through historical neighborhoods.

Zeke Hernandez
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Born and raised in Texas, Zeke Hernandez has an engineering background from the University of Texas. He has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry building homes from the ground up and managing major remodels. His expectations are high; therefore, Zeke works side-by-side with subcontractors to ensure every step of the building process meets exceptional quality.
His clients know he is detail oriented, a consummate professional, and is solutions driven. Those who work for him respect his knowledge and meet his standards.
Zeke lives in Oklahoma City, has been married for 22 years and is the proud father of 3 children.

Feliz Scamehorn
PROJECT MANAGER
Feliz has been a general contractor for over 7 years. Managing remodels, additions, and flip houses. Loving details and processes she brings the nuts and bolts of management as well as interior design and material selection. She has a talent for helping projects come to life while being cognisant of her client’s budget. She enjoys making any house into a home. “If you’re intentional in creating an ideal home and family it naturally cultivates a great community! I am passionate about all THREE of these important aspects of life!”
Feliz lives in Edmond with her husband of 20 years and their three outstanding children. She is active in her church and broader community serving the women of Mabel Bassett Correctional Center through the LIFT and Moms In Prayer ministries.
